A warm welcome to the Schnack-Stuuv. This new vacation rental (completion January 2023), with its spacious living-dining area, two sunny terraces, and garden, invites you, our dear guests, to enjoy cozy get-togethers and a good chat.

The apartment is located in the new Greetsieler Grachtenpark II next to Landhaus Steinfeld and features a shared dock right on the Sieltief, where you can launch your canoe or SUP board or simply watch the activity there.

The living-dining area of the “Schnack-Stuuv” is cozily furnished with high-quality light-wood furniture. At the large dining table, you can enjoy delicious East Frisian delicacies to your heart’s content, have a glass of wine, or spend a fun game night (games are provided). During the day, the floor-to-ceiling windows (with pleated blinds and insect screens) and, in the evening, the warm white lighting create a welcoming atmosphere. You can relax wonderfully on the spacious sofa while watching your favorite TV series (flat-screen TV), listening to international music from internet radio (with an USB port for your MP3 player), or reading (books are provided).

For your culinary needs, the fully equipped built-in kitchen is at your disposal, complete with all the trimmings. A ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer combo, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and much more make cooking as enjoyable as possible.

The two bedrooms ensure you’ll enjoy a restful night’s sleep. Both are equipped with flat-screen TVs and feature pleated blinds, insect screens, and exterior shutters. One bedroom has a double bed (1.80 x 2 m), while the other has two single beds (0.90 x 2 m each), which can be pushed together if needed. Ample storage space is provided by the spacious closet, a dresser, a valet stand, and a wall-mounted coat rack.

Additional storage space is also available in a storage room (including a washing machine) and a tool/bicycle shed.

For your personal care in the bathroom, you’ll find a walk-in shower with a rain showerhead and handheld shower, a heated towel rack, and a spacious vanity cabinet. The guest restroom helps ease congestion during “peak times.”

Now enjoy the picturesque little village of Greetsiel with its twin windmills and sluices; the village center is just a few minutes’ walk away, as are the supermarket and the swimming lake.

Pets are not allowed. This is a non-smoking apartment.

Starting immediately, we can offer you charging stations for electric cars at the Greetsieler Grachtenpark (for a usage-based fee); however, we cannot guarantee continuous and unrestricted availability.

The "Robbe," "Seepferdchen," and "WATT a feeling" accommodations are located in the same building; other accommodations in Grachtenpark II include "Grachtensteern," "Grachtentied," "TiefSinn," "Unnerdack," “Perle,” “Lieblingsort,” “Lütten Uttied,” “Malte,” and “Nordseebrise.”

Construction work is currently underway in the immediate vicinity, so occasional disturbances cannot be ruled out.

During the Easter and fall breaks, this accommodations are available for rentals of five nights or more with no fixed check-in day.

The vacation rental is located in the picturesque Greetsiel Canal Park, nestled in the idyllic waterfront landscape of the popular fishing village of Greetsiel. The exclusive location with access to the canals offers a unique view of the water and a peaceful, maritime atmosphere. From here, it’s just a few minutes’ walk to the historic town center with its famous twin windmills, small boutiques, cafés, and restaurants at the harbor. The surrounding area is perfect for walks and bike rides along the dikes, and the North Sea coast is just a short drive away. An ideal location for a relaxing vacation by the water.

You’re welcome to add a laundry package as an optional extra. This can be done during the booking process or at any time afterward for a fee.
