About this apartment rental
The Sabine Apartment Building is a vacation rental located directly on the Ahlbeck promenade toward Swinemünde and features 10 vacation apartments. It offers direct access to the promenade and is set on a private lot with parking spaces on the property. All apartments have a lake view and a south-facing balcony, feature hardwood floors, and are recommended for people with allergies.
In the basement (down the stairs), there is a locked bicycle storage room.
House Sabine Kati:
The staircase leads you to the first floor, where you’ll find the entrance to the Kati vacation apartment. It is tastefully furnished with real wood furniture and hardwood floors and features a maritime-themed decor. The Kati vacation apartment is a two-room unit, with the living area separated from the bedroom by a sliding door that can also be left open. This gives the apartment an open layout. The living area features a dining table, a couch, and the kitchen area. In the bedroom, guests will find a cozy upholstered bed at a comfortable height and a loft bed for a child. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine that guests are free to use. The favorite spot in this apartment is—and always will be—the covered balcony facing the lake. From here, guests can enjoy views of the sea and watch the hustle and bustle on the promenade at any time. Parking space at the house and Wi-Fi included
