Welcome to your "Gorch-Fock" vacation apartment in the "El Mar" building!
This charming apartment, with its wonderful southwest-facing location, has been modernized and is ideally situated for a quick walk to the beach at Großenbrode. The 1.5-room apartment features a spacious living/sleeping area with a large sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV, inviting you to relax and unwind.
Above the living area is a sleeping area at floor level (double bed), accessible via a ladder.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and features a great dining area with a stunning ocean view while you prepare your meals. Here you can take your time and plan trips with your family or organize game nights.
The bright bathroom is very spacious and features a shower with a glass enclosure; you can also listen to the sound of the sea through the open window.
The apartment is located on the upper floor of the building and does not have an elevator. A parking space is available. There is also a small separate area where you can sunbathe or have a barbecue. You can also store your bicycles separately here.
