Beautiful brand new house of 80 m2 fully air-conditioned and located in the heart of the Camargue, only 400m from the sea, shops and restaurants. Villa in a new residence secured by an electric gate and with 2 private parking spaces. On the first floor, beautiful living room with fully equipped open kitchen and a separate toilet. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with large shower and toilet. To enjoy the Mediterranean climate, you can sit on the beautiful wooden terrace or in the private garden. Wifi available.

A very beautiful brandnew villa, tastefully designed (great wooden staircase) and really comfy - at walking distance of the beach & sea. We had a magical 3 days here, enjoying the vibrant gipsy festival with our lovely and quiet place at hand. Would love to come back!
