Villa Milli is an eight-bedroom waterfront villa at 891 N Venetian Dr on Miami Beach's Venetian Islands, with room for up to 16 guests and views across Biscayne Bay. The open living and dining areas, a modern kitchen with a large island and several lounge areas make it easy to host a group. Two primary suites on the upper level have bay views, and a whole-home entertainment system covers the private theater and the audio indoors and out.



Outside, the rectangular pool, outdoor jacuzzi, covered patio with a wet bar and grill, and terraces face the water, and the private dock sits on the bay. The lower level has a game room with billiards and ping pong, plus a gym. Lincoln Road, Sunset Harbour, South Beach and Downtown Miami are a short drive away.



With eight bedrooms and generous indoor and outdoor space, the villa suits families, executive retreats and groups of friends.

Gym: A treadmill, free weights, yoga mats and resistance machines, with mirrored walls and rubber flooring.



Main Floor

Guest Bedroom 1: King bed, contemporary furnishings and sliding doors to a private outdoor balcony.

Guest Bedroom 2: Queen bed, a flat-screen TV and an en-suite bathroom.

Guest Bedroom 3: Full-size bed, garden views, a wall-mounted TV and an en-suite bathroom.

Guest Bedroom 4: Queen bed, glass nightstands and sliding doors to the outdoor area.

Kitchen: White marble countertops, a large central island and stainless appliances, open to the living space.

The whole villa is yours alone: all eight bedrooms, the kitchen, living and dining areas, the game room and gym, the pool, jacuzzi, covered patio and wet bar, the terraces and the private dock. Villa Milli is on N Venetian Dr, between South Beach and Downtown Miami, and the Venetian Causeway connects the islands to both.



By Car: Lincoln Road, Sunset Harbour, the Design District and Brickell are about 5 to 10 minutes away by car.



Rideshare: Uber and Lyft are widely available, with short waits and no need to park.



Walking and Biking: The Venetian Causeway has bike lanes and pedestrian paths with bay views, popular for morning runs, walks and rides toward Belle Isle and Sunset Harbour.



By Boat: The villa has a private dock on Biscayne Bay, so guests with a boat can reach waterfront restaurants and marinas by water.



Public Transit: Transit on the islands is limited. Hubs in South Beach and Downtown Miami are a short drive or rideshare away.

Villa Milli has a pool, jacuzzi and private dock on the water, so please supervise children near them at all times.
