This 26-square-meter apartment for two people is located right on Weststrand on Norderney and boasts a fantastic location at Viktoriastraße 4–6 in the “Seelord” vacation home. The ocean, beach, and town center are all right nearby—short walks guaranteed.

The balcony with a sea view faces south/west, allowing you to follow the sun’s path from morning to evening. What makes this location special is that the balconies are mostly sheltered from the wind, so even on sunny days with low temperatures, you can enjoy spring-like weather—perfect for wearing a T-shirt. At night, you can gaze out over the sea at the illuminated mainland, Juist with its lit-up buildings, and the open sea.

Right next door: the bade:haus Norderney, the popular and bustling Strandstraße, as well as the Conversationshaus, the promenade, the beach, and the Weststrandbar. The bus stop is located right on the corner of Viktoria- and Brunnenstraße, making arrival and departure—even by bus—easy, fast, and comfortable.

Balcony and living room:
The apartment’s bright and light-filled living space with a sea view opens directly onto the balcony. Hidden inside the wall unit is a 1.60-meter-wide fold-out bed. It unfolds in an instant and provides the perfect setting for restful and peaceful nights. If you prefer a dark room, you can completely black out the living area using the electric blinds. The living area also features a lighted display cabinet with glasses and various tableware. The TV is equipped with a convenient telescoping arm, allowing you to position it perfectly toward the sofa or dining area.

The balcony, with its ocean view, is furnished with garden chairs and a table, so you can enjoy a cozy meal or simply soak up the sun. The electric awning provides shade when needed.

Kitchenette:
The small kitchen features a refrigerator, two stovetop burners, a microwave, a Senseo coffee maker, a standard filter coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, dishes, silverware, pots, pans, a blender, bowls, glasses, teapots, and various other kitchen utensils.

Bathroom:
The bathroom is equipped with a shower. Safe entry and exit guaranteed: Several grab bars are installed in the bathroom to ensure safe and comfortable entry and exit. A hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, and cleaning supplies are located in the wall cabinet.

Storage Room for Bicycles and Luggage:
During your stay, you may also use the storage room on the first floor that belongs to the apartment. There, you can safely store your luggage and bicycles. The key is kept on the key rack inside the apartment.

Additional Information:
Each guest receives fresh towels; the beds are freshly made upon arrival, and the apartment is cleaned. Check-in is from 2:00 p.m., and check-out is by 10:00 a.m., as the apartment is usually cleaned and prepared for new guests immediately afterward.
