Удобное расположение, относительно простой заезд, базовое оснащение квартиры.
Наш опыт заселения был крайне негативным. Изначально мы договорились о заселении на 15:00, однако по просьбе принимающей стороны нас попросили подождать ещё час. По прибытии в квартиру мы обнаружили, что она всё ещё не готова к заселению.
Когда мы зашли внутрь, стало очевидно, что уборка не завершена: в квартире была грязь, в том числе в санузле, поверхности не были убраны, постельное бельё выглядело несвежим. На месте находилась уборщица, которая в грубой форме попросила нас покинуть квартиру, после чего нам пришлось ждать ещё примерно 1–1,5 часа.
Таким образом, общее ожидание составило более двух часов сверх изначально согласованного времени, при этом квартира всё равно была передана в неудовлетворительном состоянии.
После заселения мы сразу сообщили о проблемах, однако не получили никакой обратной связи — ни извинений, ни предложений решения, ни компенсации.
Считаем подобное отношение к гостям недопустимым и не соответствующим стандартам сервиса.

BRAK PILOTA DO GARAŻU, na osiedlu praktycznie brak miejsc parkingowych. Po rozmowie z biurem obsługi stwierdzili, że przecież można zostawić samochód przed bramą i szybko iść przez budynek otworzyć od środka. Mieszkanie mocno zużyte, podłoga w kuchni spuchnięta. Wyposażenie kuchni to jedna patelnia, brak nawet płynu do naczyń. Łazienka brudna, zapach mocno nieprzyjemny, ościeżnica spuchnięta tak że zaraz się rozleci. Zdjęcia mocno przekłamane. Polecam omijać szerokim łukiem.

Поначалу казалось, что всё неплохо. Есть подземный гараж. Балкон. Два кондиционера.
Наутро ситуация стала ужасной. Приоритетом выбора жилья была наличие подземного гаража или собственной территории с парковкой. Спустившись в гараж оказался претендент на парковочное место. Он перекрыл пирамидкой выезд. Пока мы выезжали до магазина и обратно, Неизвестный польский водитель поставил свою машину на наше место. И тут началось самая противное. Отправили сообщение владельцу и фотографии. Никто не отвечает и не реагирует. Прошло два часа , прежде чем удалось дозвониться наконец-то. Владелец пообещал узнать и решить проблему. Но никто ничего и не решал. По истечении ещё часа, пришлось обратиться в службу поддержки Booking. От хозяина, опять только обещание решить проблему. Мой автомобиль стоит на парковке в неположенном месте, создавая препятствий другим автомобилям. В конечном итоге поняв, что проблемы не решаются, мы приняли решение уехать. День отпуска был полностью испорчен. Впечатления о владельце, негативное. Если вы выберете это жильё, может ждать такой же неприятный сюрприз. Владелец вместо того чтобы по номеру автомобиля найти хозяина, пытался нас убедить что всё в порядке.

Parking w cenie
Byłoby mi wstyd wynajmować mieszkanie w takim stanie. Wygląda jak po zalaniu, spuchnięte panele w całym salonie i kuchni z wyraźnymi pęknięciami, odpadające listwy przypodłogowe. Mieszkanie wyglądało jak po obrabowaniu, co przekazałem do obsługi, ponieważ zdjęcia znacznie się różnią od tego co jest zamieszczone. Można sobie wyobrazić, że mieszkanie wyglądało tak jakbym miał się tam wprowadzić i przynieść sam obraz, kwiatka i postawić coś na stole. Po przybyciu brak papieru toaletowego, baterii w pilotach, obsługa nie potrafiła odebrać telefonu, a jak odebrała to tłumaczyła się, że mają "duże obłożenie". W kuchni dostępne 2 dość zużyte garnki, 0 patelni i czegokolwiek z "dodatków" - soli, pieprzu? Rozumiem, że to też miałem przywieźć ze sobą, albo czekacie na frajera, który kupi sól i Wam uzupełni solniczkę. Po przyjeździe nie była również włączona lodówka i nie wiedzieliśmy jak ją włączyć. Brakujące rzeczy zostały nam dowiezione NASTĘPNEGO DNIA o godzinie 16:00 przez jakiegoś kierowcę, nie potrafiono nam powiedzieć kiedy będzie obsługa i czy mamy być w mieszkaniu, na szczęście jeszcze byliśmy, bo inaczej by nie wszedł do środka. Włączył też lodówkę, która okazało się skisła (ktoś ją wytarł, wyłączył i zamknął, więc przez pewnie kilka dni leżała mokra) i potwornie śmierdziała, aż nie chcieliśmy jej otwierać. Od kierowcy dowiedzieliśmy się, że to mieszkanie nie było wynajmowane od roku - więc nie wiem skąd pomysł na to, że ktoś postanowił je wynająć w takim stanie. Nie miałbym takiego problemu gdyby nie cena oferowanego lokalu - ponad 400 zł za noc zupełnie nie jest adekwatna, może 200 zł byłoby odpowiednie i nie miałbym pretensji na takie warunki. Co prawda telefonicznie po usłyszeniu naszych obiekcji zaoferowano nam zwrot za pierwszą noc, ale nie otrzymałem do teraz ani faktury ani odpowiedzi na moją wiadomość dotyczącą zwrotu - inaczej opinia byłaby lepsza.
