The breakfast is very poorly stocked. You come to breakfast at 8:30 and a lot of things are missing; there was only soup and rice to choose from, so it's not worth it.

Only two lifts and they could get SUPER busy at peak times.

The location was great and it was clean.
The room was extremely bright at night. We were on the second floor and the street lights shone directly into our window. No blackout curtains. We had a very tough time sleeping. Breakfast area was extremely cramped and the food was not good. Somehow all the food was cold despite being in warming trays. I recommend skipping the breakfast and going to one of the many nearby restaurants instead. No robes in the room. Overall not a great value compared to the other places we stayed in Japan.
