Happened to be staffed when I arrived, and they were very welcoming. Bottle of sparkling wine in the room a nice touch. Good coffee machine. Bed very comfy and nice decor. Very close to the metro and a 20min walk to the acropolis area
Window opens onto an internal wall and AC area so couldn’t leave window open (fear of vermin) and it means the room has little/no natural light.

This hotel is conveniently located right off Omonia Square and next to a delicious bakery, and within easy walking distance (20-30 minutes) to the Acropolis, Ancient Agora, National Archeological Museum and other attractions, as well as public transportation. My room was clean and attractive and large by European standards, with a comfortable ensuite bathroom.
The front desk is not staffed 24/7, but someone is there generally thorughout the day on week days, and the person(s) at the front desk were always friendly and helpful.

Complementary water and champagne. Self check in and check out. Comfortable bed and sylish room overall
Room felt rough around the edges. Socket from one side of the bed fell out and felt dangerous to use. Mini fridge was really loud. Airco was also super loud and even a strange odor came out when turning it on. Bathroom had tape holding the door frame and there was a lot of rust in the shower elements. Neighborhood was sketchy at night
