Worst comfort for highest price from all our accomodations during 2 weeks in Macedonia
The host after our arrival said that there is a problem with the booked apartment and proposed another apartment 2.7km from the booked one.
Finally we get the accomodation for one night and Host not leave us with out place for a night.
We booked a day earlier the apartment including a parking place, that was confirmed.
When we arrived, we easy found the address exactly in the center close to the main promenade, but there is no apartment name or logo on the building.
There is no space for parking on the street, we stopped on the gate to the private parking for the apartment. We did not find any information how to get in. We call the owner (hopefully we had the Macedonian phone number). It was very difficult to understand him, as host speaks only Macedonian. After short call I received from him the SMS with the another Macedonian phone number. I called that number and talk to different guy, that know English a bit. He said us to wait 2min.
They come after 5min and said, that "there is a problem with our apartment and they offer another apartment, 2km away, in same price". We agreed as it was late and bad weather. We drive with him as passenger, to the another apartment, around 2.7km from the center. Apartment was big, but not cleaned after last visitors (dirty towels all around, used badclotches, blankets leaved on the sofa, not empty waste baskets, dirty floor and kitchen). The gay was in hurry. We payed, but he do not have any change, so finally I payed 1EUR more (I payed equivalent of Euro in Denars). When the host left givi G us instruction where to leave the kays next day, we found in wardrobe a new bedsheet, but no bedclothes. Hopefully we had in car own towels and sleeping bags. We had to clean the apartment (kitchen, bathroom, bedroom) by our selves at least to be able to use it. The toilet seat was broken and the shower sink not works properly.
In the alternative apartment there was no WiFi, which we needed for planning next days of our trip.
Finally we got the room for a night, but with very limited comfort and stuff. Next day we took 30 min walk to the center (2.

Neprofesionalno, neposlovno, neodgovorno...
