Location, right on the beach. Aircon and heating in the room. Good food at good prices. Shuttle from the airport was reliable. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Lots of place to stay in Ponta do Ouro, l would choice this 4star again. Thanks for the rebooking.
More reliable Wifi in the room. Not having a safety deposit box in the room.

The beds are very hard, rather have decent mattress and charge R100 a day more.
