9 / 10Outstanding·Oct 2026

Beautiful hotel both inside and out. Our room was very comfortable with a lovely garden outside

There was nothing to dislike, it would have been good to have simpler food options for breakfast etc but otherwise excellent

6 / 10Average·May 2026

Very friendly reception and delicious food

Our bedroom was overcrowded with too much furniture for the size of the room . Surfaces were cluttered with ornaments and chairs were filled with too many cushions. Not enough lighting especially in bathroom. No proper bed side cabinet. The toilet seat was the oldest toilet seat I have ever encountered. A shame we were probably in the worst room as some looked less overdone, but even so it wasn’t appropriate for a hotel room.
