The apartment itself was lovely! It was clean, comfortable, well maintained, and a very pleasant place to stay. We appreciated the condition of the accommodation and the effort that had clearly gone into keeping the interior presentable.
The owner was initially helpful when we raised concerns about our reservation. Although we had booked and paid for two apartments but were only provided with one, he did accommodate our family by supplying additional blankets and other necessities.
For travelers planning to visit Fez, the apartment itself is a nice option. Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by an unresolved reservation dispute and some concerns about the surrounding area.
I want to be fair and acknowledge that the owner was initially very responsive, communicative, and accommodating throughout our stay. Whenever we contacted him, he generally responded promptly, and he even provided additional blankets and necessities to help accommodate our family.
However, the situation changed after we checked out and requested a refund for the second apartment we had paid for but never received.
Since requesting that refund, we have not heard from the owner in more than a week. This is particularly disappointing because he had been so responsive before the refund became an issue.
We had explained that we would follow up with Booking.com regarding the second apartment and expected the owner's cooperation in resolving the matter. Unfortunately, our messages have gone unanswered, and the refund remains unresolved.
The apartment itself was lovely, clean, and well maintained. My disappointment is not with the quality of the accommodation but with paying for two apartments, receiving only one, and then experiencing a complete breakdown in communication when requesting a refund.
I genuinely hope the owner will respond and resolve this matter fairly, because his lack of communication after our stay has unfortunately overshadowed what was otherwise a pleasant experience with the property itself.

It was a very nice place with incredibly nice staff. Always cheerful and helpful. The apartment was incredibly nice, the location is also good, so it's quiet and peaceful. they offer trips to famous places around that are worth the trip. Otherwise, just enjoy. Adil is very helpful and nice person! Thank you for everything!
