Lovely views, very clean. Comfortable beds
Can be quite hot upstairs so recommended to keep blinds down during the day to keep cool if staying over summer

The convenience and proximity to our places of interest. The property had everything we needed and more ie: tv in each room, electric blankets. Super comfortable

It s mainly residential area, It is more of Air B&B than hotel type accommodation. No restaurants (except 1) or cafe closer, has to go to Hobart city. The accommodation is looking in to 4 different neighbours back yard.Less privacy.
