The communication prior to check-in and during my stay was exceptional. So clear and prompt. The accommodation was in a great location, comfortable, and clean.
The lighting wasn’t bright enough for me, but maybe that’s just the Norwegian style :).

Comfort and location
Felt more like an AirBNB at times

Cool hotel with comfy rooms and even personalized welcoming card. Hotel is located very central and well accessible. We'd definitely come again
Outside area in the backyard actually quite loud and noisy.

The very central location, great for discovering Oslo.
The possibility to make tea or coffee in the room.
The absence of reception. Everything is done via your phone, you don't even receive any key, so better not run out of battery when you come back.
You get help if something goes wrong, but only through WhatsApp.
The rooms on the street are very noisy because of the tram, impossible to open the window.
Impossible also to control the temperature in the room, it is not clear how it works.
