The place is very beautiful and very clean and the location is very convenient.
They were very helpful from the time I booked, giving us directions and check-in instructions.
The lady at the reception was very kind, and they let us store our bags so we could keep exploring the city.

We loved our stay! The location is perfect, you can walk to all the main attractions. The hotel staff, especially Romona, were amazing! She helped with every question I had. And our room was so unique and comfortable. I will be staying here when I go back to Prague

The location is outstanding, in the Old Town and very close to Karluv most (Charles bridge) which makes it very easy to walk across to Malá Strana area.
Black Star Suites is also close to the subway with easy travel from the Airport.
The welcoming when we arrived was warm and friendly.
We arrived quite early and appreciated to be able to safely leave our luggage at the hotel and go out and explore Prague before the check-in time.
