Fantastic villa with a private pool and spacious garden, ideal for a family vacation on the Barcelona coast. Minimum age of 30 or older required. Located in Sant Vicenç de Montalt near the sea, a 25–30-minute drive from Barcelona, we offer this large villa of over 500 m² that sleeps up to 12 people. Built on a private lot with trees, spacious terraces, a barbecue area, and a large pool. The villa features a kitchen equipped with all the utensils and appliances needed for cooking: 1 large refrigerator with a freezer, a large gas stove, an oven, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and more. It also has a dining table that can seat all your guests. There is a large living room with several sofas and a beautiful fireplace, overlooking the terrace and garden. There are six bedrooms—one on the first floor and five on the first floor. Five of them have large double beds, and one is furnished with two single beds. All the bedrooms on the first floor have spacious built-in closets. There are five bathrooms with showers or bathtubs, one of which is en suite. The villa is professionally cleaned and prepared before your stay. It is equipped with Wi-Fi, central heating, and a washing machine. The front door is next to the driveway entrance; there is parking for three cars on the property. The beach and the marina are about 2 km away. -GROUPS OF PEOPLE UNDER 30 ARE NOT PERMITTED -We ask that you respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. Otherwise, the authorities have the right to withhold all or part of the security deposit. -Smoking inside the house is prohibited and carries a fine of 50 to 250 euros. -Pets weighing less than 10 kg are allowed upon request (20€ additional fee) -This accommodations are equipped with a Room Monitor noise detector. This device measures decibels, not arguments, to ensure the neighborhood’s peace and quiet. Any attempt to disconnect the device or exceed the noise limit may result in a fine of 50 to 250 euros. -It is prohibited to use the provided bath towels at the beach. Otherwise, you will be charged 12 euros per towel. Regular check-in is between 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM. After 8:00 PM, there is an extra charge of 30€ for late arrival; after midnight, 50€; and after 1:00 AM, an additional 10€ per hour. Check-ins on Sundays and holidays incur an additional charge of €30. Early check-in before 1:00 PM, if available, incurs an additional charge of 20 €. Late check-out is possible for an additional 30 € until 5:00 PM; please confirm this upon arrival with our staff. Local regulations require us to verify the information on the traveler’s passport or ID. Sant Vicenç de Montalt tourist tax not included: 1€ per night per person.
