Located within The Harbour townhouse development, Unit #7 is an elegant waterfront retreat just steps from the shared swimming pool.
The spacious ground floor features an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. The dining room comfortably seats six, while the living room is equipped with a Smart TV, Sonos speaker, and virtual concierge service. Guests can enjoy the refreshing sea breezes from the marina or use the central air conditioning.
French doors open onto a waterfront patio, perfect for breakfast, relaxing, or enjoying evening drinks while taking in views of the Rodney Bay Marina, its beautiful yachts and sailboats, and the occasional jumping fish.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a convenient laundry area, with a guest powder room nearby.
On the first floor, there are two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 1 features a king bed, while Bedroom 2 offers two single beds that can be converted into a king.
The master bedroom is located on the second floor and features a king bed and a spacious, modern ensuite bathroom.
The Harbour is set within beautifully landscaped tropical gardens, with a shared swimming pool providing a relaxing space to unwind.

A housekeeper attends the property on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Beautiful townhome… All bedrooms had plenty of space and personal bathroom. Lovely living & kitchen area. Great views of the harbor. Security on site. We had a great time staying here. I highly recommend it. Security gates are a plus. Very hospitable!

Our Villa was amazing overlooking the bay. The location was perfect! It's was within walking distance to the grocery store, shopping, and many fabulous restaurants! Mary, the housekeeper, kept our Villa clean and was very friendly and Illtyd (our cottage) was very helpful in giving us information on tours and places to visit and eat. She arranged our catamaran tour and made our Anniversary dinner reservations for us at Big Chef Steak! The food was amazing and I was surprised by beautiful Caribbean flowers from the owners of the restaurant! By far our trip exceeded our expectations even amongst the Coronavirus. We wished we could've stayed for a month! So peaceful! We will definitely be back.
