La Grange de l'ours welcomes you in a magnificent setting at an altitude of 900 meters with a view of the mountain. It is a starting point for many visits to the Ariège Pyrenees National Park.
La Grange is 10 minutes from Saint-Lary, 30 minutes from Saint Girons and 30 minutes from the ski resort "Le Mourtis".
The 60 m2 dwelling:
You enter the main room, there is a dining area with a built-in kitchen (fridge, microwave, oven and dishwasher) and also a sitting area with a sofa and TV.
On the 1st floor, you will find an office area, library, the bathroom with toilet, a laundry cupboard with washing machine and a bedroom with 160x200 cm bed.
On the 2nd floor you will find a bedroom with a double bed in 140x190 cm.
A terrace of 24 m2, with garden furniture, barbecue, will allow you to fully enjoy the magnificent view of the mountain and the valley.
