Renovated apartment located inside a medieval building right across from the Genoa Aquarium, featuring 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, 2 TVs, air conditioning, and 2 elevators. We’re located above the famous Piazza del Campo, which inspired the songs of Fabrizio de André, a lively, central neighborhood convenient for all types of transportation. We have a covered parking spot with a special rate right in front; we’re close to the Old Port, the metro, major public transit routes, and—in the spring—the tourist boats heading to Portofino, Camogli, and the Cinque Terre. Authorized by the Liguria Region, CITRA Code No. 010025-Lt-1272. We are in the heart of Genoa’s Historic Center, in a charming, fully renovated apartment featuring a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, a convenient entrance, and two elevators available (we’re on the 3rd floor of a 17th-century building with period architectural features, overlooking Via Gramsci). It offers an excellent base, especially for families, located just a short walk from the Genoa Aquarium and the Old Port. It guarantees all the comforts and security of a private apartment. Cleaning is carried out in accordance with the highest sanitation standards; we pay particular attention to fabrics and linens, as well as any object—door handles, buttons, or dishes—that may come into contact with our guests.
The apartment is equipped with all necessary safety supplies (soap, hand sanitizer, sanitizing wipes, etc.). We hold certification from the industrial laundry service that washes and sanitizes our bed linens and bath towels. We use cleaning and sanitizing products that comply with all regulations.
