Landhaus Jacobs Vacation Home.
North Sea – Jadebusen, Lower Saxony, Wesermarsch.
Our house, a traditional Gulfhaus typical of the region and a former farmhouse, is situated in a quiet, secluded location, surrounded by meadows and waterways near the dike line of southern Jadebusen.
The vacation home with a terrace, which sleeps 3 people (max. 2 adults), is situated under old chestnut trees right next to the main house. An approximately 5,000-square-meter meadow awaits you—and your dogs are welcome, too (by arrangement, max. 2 dogs). Cats are not permitted.
The vacation home also includes a carport.
The entire property is additionally fenced in.
Unwind from the stress of everyday life and enjoy the peace and quiet in an (almost) traffic-free environment. And if you do happen to get bored—there are plenty of options for excursions and activities on land and water in the surrounding area. Bremen, Bremerhaven, Oldenburg, Wilhelmshaven, and the East Frisian Islands are all within easy reach.
To make your stay even more enjoyable, we’ve prepared a fenced-in meadow of approximately 5,000 square meters so you can relax in the sun, romp around with your four-legged friends, or watch them play.
From the vacation home’s terrace, you have direct access to the meadow (including for your dogs).

Wir haben vom 17.10.09 bis 24.10.09 unseren Herbsturlaub im Landhaus Jacobs verbracht. Wir, dass sind zwei Erwachsene, drei Kinder und ein Hund; und wir waren alle begeistert vom Haus und den sehr netten (!!!) Vermietern.
Das Ferienhaus ist topausgestattet und unheimlich gemütlich. Für Kinder gibt es eine Schaukel und einen Sandkasten, zudem lädt der große Hof zum Fußballspielen ein. Auch für unseren Hund war es sehr schön, er konnte auf dem Grundstück mit den Hunden der Vermieter spielen und wenn wir mal länger ohne Hund unterwegs waren, wurde er von unseren Vermietern rausgelassen und konnte auf dem Grundstück herumlaufen. Für Familien mit Hund ist dieses Ferienhaus also absolut zum empfehlen!
Zudem gibt es in der Nähe sehr viele Freizeitangebote; den Jaderpark (Tier-Freizeitpark), natürlich den Jadebusen und die Küste der Butjadinger Küste, das Tropenschwimmbad (mit Wasserrutschen) von Sun-Parcs in Tossens, zudem zwei Indoorspielanlagen für die Kinder, im Jaderpark sowie in Burhave u.v.m.
Wie geschrieben, es war eine tolle Woche an der Nordsee und wir werden sicherlich wieder im Landhaus Jacobs Urlaub machen.
