Very spacious and clean apartment with great views from the terrace.
The apartment is very well equipped. We really appreciated that the team left for us lots of towels, a few toilet rolls. Soap was also available in both bathrooms. And shampoo and body wash. Also, they left sufficient amount of washing liquid, suitable number of bin bags for the whole stay.
Great facilities in the building: swimming pools, gym.
Friendly and helpful staff: both staff at Rental Benidorm and the staff in the apartment development.
I am surprised people here complain about strict rules in the pool area. We actually really appreciated that it is well monitored by the pool staff and no one is allowed to eat or drink by the pool. And no small children allowed in the main pool and have to use a dedicated kids pool. Thus the pool area remained nice and clean to enjoy for everyone and safe for children too.
Overall our stay was very comfortable apart from some issues at the start of the stay which were addressed by the team.
First we encountered issues with the mobile app check in process but there was WhatsApp support so it got resolved.
In the first day there was no air conditioning and half of the kitchen appliances were not working. We also had no hot water.
This was rectified the next day. Turns out the cleaner or someone else cut off hot water and pulled fuses on electric panel. After it got addressed the rest of our stay was smooth. But nevertheless I believe it was not most professional that no one checked the state of the flat before our check in. We would have preferred not to spend time trying to resolve this issue

Obłędny widok z tarasu !!!! Taras duży i przestronny! Piękny i duży basen tupu infiniti !!!! Apartament jasny , wygodny i czysty oraz wyposażony we wszystko co potrzeba . Może za mało małych talerzyków wykorzystywanych najczęściej , ale daliśmy i z tym radę . Siłownia mała , podstawowa , ale dająca możliwość poćwiczenia .
Dla mnie nie do pomyślenia , że w apartamencie premium ,jak o nim myślałam, wyposażenie w środki higienicznie poniżej poziomu . Dla 6 osób na tydzień czasu 4 rolki papieru toaletowego , 2 tabletki do zmywarki i 2 worki na śmieci !!!! Na moją prośbę o doniesienie , dowiedziałam się że tylko taki jest pakiet startowy i o resztę musze się zatroszczyć sama . Znajomi będąc w apartamencie w wieżowcu Sunset Waves jakoś nie mieli z tym problemu . Zatem uważam , że to zależy od gospodarza . Kiepsko niestety działała też tzw. pastylka do automatycznego otwierania drzwi w obiekcie . Na początku niedziałająca wcale , po wymianie działająca z dużymi problemami i nie wszędzie ,co powodowało , że zawsze i tak musieliśmy zabierać wszędzie fizyczne klucze i racjonalnie sie nimi wymieniać co przy 6 osobach nie było takie łatwe . Basen piękny , ciepły , ale z taką przewrażliwioną obsługą , że jak dzieci w przedszkolu baliśmy się o wszystko . Czy możemy napić się wody siedząc na leżaku , bo o jedzeniu np chipsów nie było mowy . Nie pozwalano wyjść z basenu jak nie było się dostatecznie wysuszonym . Niedozwolone są materace , siedziska wodne ani inne leżanki wodne . Co nas już zupełnie rozwaliło - nawet zabawa wodnymi pistolecikami została przerwana !!! Dosłownie o wszystko dyskusja ! Miałam wrażenie , ze wszędzie jestem obserwowana . Zwrócenie sie leżakiem do słońca niemożliwe - musiały stać w wyznaczonej linii . I niby całość fajna , w niezłym standardzie , a jednak wszystko wspomniane powoduje że tu nie wrócimy . I to opinia kilkunastu osób a nie jedynie moja .
