Location and breakfast were superb and building itself beautiful. Staff at breakfast were helpful and nice. Everything were spotless clean.
Our room was just behind the reception and you could easily hear conversations and doors going open and closed. It didn't feel that you have privacy as voice obviously goes other way too. Reception wasn't rude but not either too helpful. We understand that hotel were full and couldn't change the room but it felt like that problem has been there for a while and they didn't mind the complain.

The staff were all so friendly and helpful, always happy to assist in any way. Rooms were well maintained, clean with very comfortable bedding all in a great location so close to Venice’s sites and surrounded by great restaurants and bars.
The breakfast and afternoon cocktails were a highlight for us.
