We had a lovely relaxing holiday just a little uncomfortable at night.

The lack of air conditioning made it very hot and the fans were noisy. Tv in the bedroom didn’t work. There was a broken light switch in the bathroom. The inside of the microwave was very rusty and unhygienic.

No gate clicker to enter parking lot. No keys to open back patio. Second bathroom smelled like cat urine.

Muy bonito por fuera pero cero confort

El apartamento 607 es muy acogedor, está recién reformado y no le falta de nada en cuanto a utensilios de cocina. Además, tiene una terraza estupenda para pasar tiempo en familia. Aunque la TV del salón no funciona correctamente y el ventilador de techo de la habitación principal, directamente no funciona. Nos gustó la decoración y que los 2 baños están reformados. Lo mejor el acceso al mar que hay en el apartamento, puedes ir nadando a Cala Ferrera y a Cala Serena. Tambíen destacar que la señora que gestiona la urbanización, Rosa, fue muy atenta en todo momento y nos intentó ayudar, pero debido a que la gestión de los aptos va por otro lado, todo lo que le solicitamos a ella no se logró.

En cuanto al confort, nuestra experiencia ha sido bastante decepcionante. Siendo un apartamento recién reformado no cuenta con algo tan básico el aire acondicionado, a pesar de que ya sabíamos que no había, tras 9 noches en agosto de 2026 el calor dentro del apartamento ha sido realmente agobiante, con temperaturas de aproximadamente 29-30 ºC tanto de día como durante la noche. En Mallorca, en pleno verano, considero que el aire acondicionado no debería ser un lujo en un apartamento de este precio. Hay ventiladores de pie, pero resultan claramente insuficientes para conseguir una temperatura mínimamente confortable. Y repito que el ventilador de techo de la habitación principal no funcionaba. Se lo comentamos a las que llevan los aptos el primer día pero no lo repararon, decían que el mando estaba perdido. Es una pena, porque la combinación del buen estado y la estética del apartamento con un nivel de confort adecuado, probablemente sería un alojamiento excelente. Sin embargo, llegar de la playa y no poder estar cómodamente debido al calor, cuando las temperaturas exteriores se acercan a los 40 ºC, hace que en nuestro caso no nos planteemos volver. Otra gran decepción, las camas. La calidad de los colchones y almohadas es muy baja y no facilitan el descanso. En la habitación de dos camas, los colchones son modelos básicos de muelles de 90x200, así como las almohadas que son muy antiguas e incómodas. En la habitación principal, el colchón parece tener muchos años de uso. Solicitamos el cambio de almohadas y nos comentaron que sin la aprobación del dueño era imposible. Tampoco nos cambiaron las toallas hasta el penúltimo día, y porque lo solicitamos nosotros. Estamos hablando de un apartamento cuyo precio ronda los 300 € por noche. Por ese importe es razonable que los colchones y almohadas estén en buenas condiciones. Y en un lugar como Mallorca, algún sistema de climatización que permita descansar y estar cómodamente en el apartamento durante los meses de verano.
