One security guard was horrible, I think he was night shift, he came knocking at night and had a horrible attitude, asking us if we know the house rules. Meanwhile the day shift guy had welcomed us nicely when we arrived , and all rules had been established, other than that we are smart enough to respect the vicinity rules. We were having our dinner peacefully and he had to just try and ruin it with his attitude. I think that was the horrible highlight of our stay. The rest was fine. The place was great , the day shift guy was wonderful, he even helped us carry our luggage when we were leaving. Overall it was a wonderful place to come and relax as a family. Would definitely come back.

The process of getting the key
The check in and out were not meeting our traveling mode of transportation. The host tried her best to accommodate our need after several calls were made, since I traveled with pensioners.
