Sadly not again - worst customer service by DanCenter

Positive was: that it had 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was a good enough location, peaceful and quiet

Lots of negatives: - House comes with NO bed linens nor towels, which was not made clear at the time of booking nor any time before our stay - we had to purchase these items as we were not prepared - WORST customer service by DanCenter: hard to reach, long time to respond, not solution oriented and trying to shift blame away from themselves - HORRENDOUS! - both sofas in quite the worn out condition - uncomfortable dining chairs and a wobbly dining table - small bedrooms - not cleaned to a good standard (dirty windows, doors, grime around the taps, stained bedding) - worn out outdoor furniture - hot tub was turned on and could not be turned off - no dish soap, no bin liners - overpriced cleaning service (especially when not done to a good standard), electricity and water cost - no condiments provided you need to bring your own - overall not good value for money - only booking.com acknowledged shortcomings and issued a small refund in form of travel reward towards a future booking.. not great but at least something - will avoid DanCenter in future as just a money spinner

Was nicht stimmt.
