The location was excellent, with a tram stop right outside the hotel. The restaurant was good too, and all the staff were friendly.
We would have liked to have some extra coffee in the room. Complimentary coffee was provided only on the first day, after which we needed to purchase it. However, we were unable to buy any because the staff said they had run out.

A bit old hotel with excellent location.. Several trams goes to the city center parts,ä. We took a nice walk to a hidden park and Castle ”bastion u bozich muk ” with stunning view over the city.
Some restaurants and Lidl nearby to make it convenient.
Reception personnel are friendly and obviously trying to help within their power!
We stayed 5 nights and 3 were without hot water in shower when we needed .
The first day we got a little visitor in the shower, a worm. Not very scary but…
The everyday cleaning seams not covering bathroom…
