The room over all was spacious, immaculately clean, beds super comfortable and the food and buffets were amazing!!
Only slightly downside was the pool is aging and a little cold but it was rainy that day

Service and staff are wonderful. Very attentive, helpful and careful.
Some renovations so a bit of noise.

Good location close to the airport
I especially chose this hotel for the room with a balcony. When I arrived they told me they had no room with a balcony and upgraded me - but the upgrade had no balcony! This was not what I booked.
The room was stifling hot when i arrived - the air conditioner should have been turned on.
