Brilliant location Anne a very spacious apartment with lots of good character
Cleanliness could have been better in need of a little touch up here and there

This property was perfect for us, 3 friends requiring 3 bedrooms with a good space for chilling out together. The apartment is well equipped, with virtually everything you could need. It’s spacious, comfortable & in a very convenient location for the train station, town centre & river. The showers are great, beds are comfy, lovely sofas, plenty of kitchen equipment & a big fridge freezer.
Unpleasant smell in communal lobby & stairwell. The very high lounge windows have a large amount of cobwebs that need removing. Sweet wrapper & other debris behind my bed. No hairdryer supplied, despite being listed. TV is way too small for the size of the room & position of the sofas!

It’s very well located for town which is just a short walk and the downstairs is spacious
Several radiators didnt work so it was cold. We reported it and were told they were deliberately disconnected which makes no sense. It was very cold in the main bathroom so we couldn’t shower in there. It wasn’t particularly clean in some areas and we only had 3 forks and 3 teaspoons but 13 knives.
