About this villa rental
Escape above the Baie des Anges. Charming Provençal villa, facing south, completely renovated in 2022. Sea and mountain view, horizon as far as the eye can see, absolute calm without vis-à-vis. 15 minutes from the beaches (Saint-Laurent-du-Var, Cagnes, Nice...) and close to the airport, shops and buses. Enjoy the song of the cicadas by a superb swimming pool with a pool dedicated to children.
Air-conditioned, south-facing villa, set on an enclosed plot of 2,500 m². It offers a spectacular and unobstructed view between the sea and the mountains, without vis-à-vis, in a quiet and privileged environment.
Access by automatic gate leading to a parking lot with carport (ideal convertible and motorbikes). Entrance on the north side with a view of the hinterland of Nice.
The living room, large and bright, includes a large living room with fireplace, a convivial dining room, a bar with high table and a fully equipped open kitchen. Two televisions, one of which is large. Access to a mezzanine with table football via the tower.
The kitchen has ceramic hobs, fan oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer with ice dispenser, as well as many utensils and appliances to cook comfortably.
The living areas open onto a large south-facing terrace with sea and pool views. You will enjoy a patio and a fully equipped summer kitchen (plancha, Weber gas barbecue, refrigerator, dishwasher, ice maker), an outdoor bar, a comfortable lounge and a table for 10 people.
Fenced and secure swimming pool for children (12.5 x 6.25 m, Olympic quarter type), with diving board, depth from 1 to 2.5 m, completed by a 3 x 3 m children's pool with waterfall. Deckchairs, double sunbed and parasols available. Shaded petanque court, table tennis table and table football.
The villa has 4 totally independent bedrooms, each with private bathroom and toilet, guaranteeing comfort and privacy.
Three south-facing bedrooms offer double beds (160x200), sea and pool view. One of them offers a 180x200 bed that can be converted into two single beds on request.
The fourth bedroom, facing west, has a double bed (140x190), bunk beds (+ extra bed) and a view of the mountains.
All rooms are equipped with a connectable TV, a safe, hotel-quality bedding, Linvosges washed satin sheets, duvets, pillows and towels.
Private garage with linen room and washing machine available.

Fabulous house with everything we could wish for a comfortable family holiday. And that view! It was very well equipped, we really rated the AC which was essential for us to be comfortable at night in the heatwave.Great communication with Caroline, who met us and showed us round and.made sure we had everything we needed.Such an amazing holiday, we will be talking about this place for a long time.

Had a wonderful stay here in early July! Outdoor space was perfect for the heat wave, and the air conditioning was a much needed relief as well. The kitchen was well stocked. Would definitely stay here again! The only negative (and not enough to take away a star) would be hand towels would be appreciate in the bathrooms.
