Imagine standing just 50 meters from the beautiful Baltic Sea beach and feeling the sand beneath your feet—that’s exactly what awaits you in our cozy vacation apartment No. 6 in the lovely seaside resort of Heringsdorf. The location couldn’t be better: The apartment is located almost exactly between the seaside resorts of Bansin and Heringsdorf, so you don’t have to limit yourself to just one. At the same time, you’ll enjoy plenty of peace and quiet here, as the vacation homes in this area aren’t crammed together—so you’ll have plenty of space and room to breathe both in front of and behind the apartment. 

For added convenience, you can book Wi-Fi access through the property’s service to stay connected at all times. A free parking spot for your car (with a height restriction of 2.20 m) is located right at the building’s entrance. If you’re arriving with your own bicycles, you can conveniently park them right at the entrance. For those who prefer to travel light but still want to ride a bike, there’s an “Usedomrad” bike station directly across the street where you can rent bicycles. 

Final cleaning and linen packages are already included in the booking price, so you don’t have to worry about a thing and can enjoy your stay right from the start.

Heringsdorf—Marinar Apartment:

In the modern “Forum Marinar” apartment complex, you’ll find a lovingly furnished duplex vacation apartment with a cozy terrace and a small lawn out front that invites you to relax. This charming two-room apartment is located on the first floor, where the entryway features a kitchen that was freshly renovated in 2022 and a dining table for two. The well-equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and offers everything you need for a pleasant vacation—including a coffee maker, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, a large stove, dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. 

From the kitchen area, you enter the inviting living room, which flows seamlessly onto the terrace facing east. Here, you can enjoy the day when the weather is nice and admire the view of nature and the sea. Directly above the living room is the cozy bedroom with a large double bed, which was refurbished in 2021. From here, you have a side view over the dune to the Baltic Sea beach. 

Upstairs, next to the bedroom, there is another bathroom with a shower as well as a washing machine, offering you additional convenience. You’ll also find another bathroom on the first floor with a toilet and sink. 

This vacation rental offers the perfect place to relax and unwind, with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
