About this apartment rental
Two-story loft in a restored 1800s heritage building with a private patio. Upstairs: king bed, walk-in closet and full bath. Downstairs: living room, workspace with high-speed wifi, full kitchen, half bath and in-unit washer/dryer. The building has 24/7 security, a café and a library. Join our free yoga and meditation class every Saturday, 15 min away. Steps from La Ciudadela and a short walk to Colonia Juárez, named one of the world's coolest neighborhoods by Time Out.

Like most heritage buildings in Mexico City, there is no AC or central heating. A strong fan and a portable heater are provided.
Good to know before you book:

- Heritage building: walls and wooden floors carry some sound from neighbors.
- Eco-friendly building: toilets run on filtered rainwater, so please don't flush toilet paper. A bin is provided.
- The building has a café and a library on the ground floor, plus 24/7 on-site security.

It was perfect for my 7 day stay. Restaurants are walking distance, building is always guarded, quiet and restful, but amazing events throughout the week. It was close to the Mercado de artesanía. Every one was so nice and helpful. The loft was cozy, comfortable, and as described. I would definitely stay here again.

Super location. Very centrally located to everything yet still retains a neighborhood vibe. Located one block from the famous Ciudela artisanal market. Across the street is a lovely little park with open air dancing at the weekends. Lots of good restaurants in the area. Make sure to try Farma Internacional for breakfast. The accommodation is very comfortable. All facilities are provided. We also enjoyed the rooftop space. Our host,Nicolás, was very communicative. I can highly recommend this property.

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy, well designed spacious loft. Loved the huge dressing area, the extra touches like the makeup mirror, flowers on the table, yoga mat. The apartment is well located, and equipped with everything needed to make a stay comfortable. The only downside for us was the lack of natural light. It’s a ground floor apt at the back of the building, with windows facing an air shaft. I’m sure it would be lovely and cool in summer, but in January it was dark.
