This 19th floor Boardwalk Beach Resort condo is located at
9450 South Thomas Drive PCB FL 32408. Directly on Panama City Beach.
This is a very large and spacious 2 bedroom that can comfortably sleep 8.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with a brand new mattress and a spectacular view of the gulf with access to the balcony. It has ceiling to the floor windows with ocean view. The 2nd bedroom has 2 QUEEN size beds. The living room has balcony ocean view with balcony access and a pull out couch with a flat screen tv. The kitchen is fully stocked for anything you would like to cook.
The Boardwalk Beach Resort is one of the most family friendly complexes in Panama City Beach. It has one of the best pool areas of any condo complex. There is a very large lagoon pool, 2 hot tubs and a childrens play area.
There is a Tiki Bar here with live music on weekends.

- Down Payment: Our ECDI $300 Reservation Down Payment will be automatically charged separately to the credit card provided during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.
- Reservation Details: Emails will be sent with a RES-XXXXX number, payment details and all necessary instructions. Please check your spam folder.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.
- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be sent via email on the same day.
RESERVATIONS RECEIVED 30 DAYS OR LESS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:
- Total Amount Due: The "Total" shown will be automatically charged to the credit card provided. The ECDI portion will be charged during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.

Parking & Resort Registration:
Boardwalk requires all guests to pre-register prior to arrival. A registration link will be sent to you closer to your check-in date to complete this process. Parking passes are $50 per pass plus applicable taxes and fees for up to two (2) passes per reservation. In addition, resort-issued armbands are required for all guests and are $6 plus applicable taxes per person.

We had a wonderful time. Some small issues but overall an excellent stay.The bed in the master bedroom needs work. The mattress was not comfortable. There is a brace hanging down under the bed and the bed was very noisy when sitting/laying/moving. The sliding door to the bathroom is missing a screw and the latch kept coming off (silver cover). The recliner in the listing is not a recliner. The controls did not work to lift the foot rest (not plugged in). The head rest had a very large tear/slit. The door wall track and area around the tracks could have been cleaner. There should be extra rolls of toilet paper in the unit. We should not have had to purchase more. Overall, a very nice stay. Great location, great neighbors and excellent artwork. We will return.

When we arrived we noticed pieces of the wood floor trim broken or just missing and pushed up against a wall, a missing piece on the top of the microwave, the bathroom door to the master suite was so jacked up it wouldn't close completely. The ad said two queen size beds in the second bedroom and one of them definitely wasn't a queen,and it was as hard as a brick,no way any adult could sleep on it, we had 4 adults and only provided a total of 6 towels ( We have never stayed in a condo before that didn't have more towels than that. I'm fine with washing them but it would have been nice to have a few more. The worst part was how dirty the condo was. There was sand all over the tables, dried sunscreen on one of the living room chairs, dishes in the cabinet were dirty and the floor was husband had his shoes off for about 10 min and his feet were black. It's pretty sad that we had to pay a cleaning fee and had to clean it ourselves. I did reach out to the office and told them all the issues, they only addressed the cleanliness and offered to send the cleaners back in, we refused that and just cleaned ourselves. We checked the lint trap before drying towles and it was so full,it could have been a fire hazard, it definitley hadn't been cleaned out anytime soon. On our last day we opened the pantry door and the screws fell out and the door came off, we didnt bother calling maintenence, my husband just put the screws back in. Overall this could be a nice condo it has just been severely neglected and their lack of cleaning was unacceptable! Also the elevators are horrible, we were on the 19th floor and had to wait forever sometimes to get to our room, also some of the elevators were down on our stay and some people got trapped in one of them and had to call 911 to get rescued. We would never stay here again because of our experience.
