property was totally appalling , We arrive with no toilet working and a hub that was broken which I did inform the prop

A head for sleeping

The customer service was awful. We was cut by the hob that was cracked, I sent the property said I could use and they would replace and I had a bad cut and I am a dieabetic. They showed no remorse at all. Our main issue was We had no toilet working throughout our stay. They would not even refund one night. This was not expectable especially with my disabled husband. How can they get away with this. I have proof of all pictures

1 Night in Benidorm

Good location and secure parking. The apartment was clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable.

Kettle tripped the electric the first time we tried to use it. We didn't try again! We brought all the ingredients with us to make our own breakfast, however this was impossible as there were NO plates, bowls, saucers or anything else that we could have put our meal on to eat it!!! When my wife went to use the hair dryer, it was clearly broken and in a dangerous condition, as the outer casing was severely melted!!! The cabinet in the lounge under the TV was also damaged and coming away from the wall.
