Friendly staff and clean room. Would’ve liked to check in earlier though than 3pm. Called abs even stopped in early but wasn’t able to get me in early. Ended up being late to my event at the SHRM conference because I had to get ready in my room.

The hotel was clean and the lobby area was big with lots of seating choices. Break options weren't anything special but they were perfectly serviceable (bagels, cereal, eggs, fruit, etc). The rooms were snug but functional.
The bed (mattress, pillows, blanket) were all slightly uncomfortable. Combined with terrible noise insulation my sleep while staying here was awful.
No coffee maker in the room but they did have coffee available all the time in the lobby. I consider it a negative because I'd like my first cup of the day before I need to interact with other people.
