Beautiful grand hotel accommodation. A true surprise from a previous visitor to Eden.
A lacking special touch by some direct staff.

Beautifully restored, very well appointed rooms and a comfortable big bed!
The dining experience was disappointing, with a number of dishes unavailable and lack of knowledgeable staff.

Great location, very comfortable room
Noisy from restaurant below and sit on unit. It turned off by 9pm so didn’t keep us awake

Location in the centre of Eden, close to lovely views and walks.
Firstly, being greeted with a long contract to sign saying would be responsible for perhaps tens of thousands of $ costs if the fire alarm went off for any reason in my room was quite disconcerting. Especially when it was explained that the reason the contract was needed was because the design of their shower system often caused false positive alarms.
Secondly the open bathroom concept looked pretty however it means that there was very little privacy when using the toilet.
