The hotel is beautifully decorated as are the rooms, the indoor pool is a really nice place to go chill out for a bit in the evening.
All of the staff are super friendly and helpful too. I'd also highly recommend the restaurant in the hotel the food and service is excellent!

Modern, clean, amazing facilities and a lovely warm alpine feeling. From the outside, it was a classic post card image. Nice touch being greeted by Mr Welschen and dropped off at the station by him.
Nothing.
