The location was ideal for a family with kids!
Lack of flexibility when checking out. I asked to check out just 30 minutes later and was told I would have to pay a reasonable amount. I asked if they could hold my luggage instead for 30 minutes they said no.

Everything was great - apartment is a short walking distance to metro station, it is very easy to navigate around Tokyo.
It is located in the heart of main tourist places of interest in Asakusa, and there are plenty of stores, restaurants in the walking distance as well.
We were 4 adults and 1 kid and this apartment was perfect size for us, enough space to keep our luggage and stuff.
Special thanks to the host for providing detailed instructions on how to find the location, how to self check-in, and how to use facilities in the apartment.
We liked everything, no cons.

Clean, fabulous views from the balcony. Beds were comfortable and it had the basics covered for a short stay. It was perfect for four people.
It would have been helpful to have more cutlery including sharp knives to cut fruit and scissors.

Bigger than the usual Tokyo room.
- No view on the Skytree tower from the apartment, unlike what was advertised. You need to go out on the balcony to see only the tip of the tower if you stand in the right angle .... If i had known that, I would have booked a cheaper room elsewhere.
- You can hear the sound from the Red light signal during the night and ofc from bikes or cars. If there is an ambulance passing by, you wake up 100%.
- Then i found few trash (bottle cap and other stuff) from previous guests under the sofa.
- Finally the bathtub is so small than i couldn't even fit in it. I am not an overweight westerner, just a guy going to the gym so I guess you got be really skinny to fit it. Same for legs.
