The staff were all extremely polite, helpful and accommodating to all our needs. The airport pickup was very fast when we called to say we had arrived, and they were very accommodating about the TIme to take us back to The airport in the morning. THE WHOLE PLACE WAS VERY CLEAN AND THE BATHROOM SEEMED BRAND NEW AND WAS WELL STOCKED WITH TOWELS AND OTHER NECESSITIES
THE ROOM COULD HAVE BEEN DECORATED BETTER, pictures maybe

Ideal for an overnight before an early flight out of Madrid - the shuttle is a huge benefit, good restaurants and bars nearby - quality sleep was good for such a low price : )
getting up early for our flight : ) - the staff and facilities were great for a budget hotel
