The rooms are newly renovated so everything is new. It is very clean. Air conditioning works well. Nice to have a kettle and fridge in the room.. The owner gave us good information on Petra to help plan our days. It is fine for a day, and for the price.
It is a strange set up in the lower (below ground) level.of an apartment building with a very unwelcoming entrance. The room is very small. You can hear people (owners) walking, especially in shoes) on the floor above. The location isn't great if you don't have a car. It's a steep downhill, (and the back up) to Petra and also a steep downhill and up to restaurants of downtown, which makes it a lot of hills to get anywhere. Wifi wasn't very good, but neither was our mobile..
