This property is one of the best apartments we have ever stayed in. The owners have thought of everything that their guests might need and then added things they hadn’t even thought of. The beds were really comfortable, the seating area in the lounge was luxurious, the kitchen had a tap dispensing boiling water for hot drinks and filtered water for cold drinks. There was also a ‘normal tap’ for washing up. The view is stunning and at this time of year we could watch the sun rise coming up over St Michael’s Mount. The hosts suggested some restaurants in advance of our visits and useful websites. The location is a stone’s throw from the train and bus station and it’s easy to explore Penzance from this apartment. A bus timetable is provided which we found useful. A big plus is the dedicated parking space. However it is so easy to get buses, we would consider getting the train for our next visit and using the local buses.
Previous reviews have mentioned that there is a little bit of noise when the patio door is open. I think initially we noticed it and then got more accustomed to it. The bedroom faces inland and is very quiet.

This is an exceptional property. Modern, quality furnishings, quality equipment, modern lounge, kitchen and bathroom; exceptionally clean, well organised with a lovely water view. The owners have considered the needs of travellers right down to the the coffee machine and beach towels should you wish to go to the beach. Walked into this lovely unit and greeted with a bottle of wine, chocolates and a lovely note from the owners. Instructions to enter and exit the property and secure car park excellent. A lot of Information on the area and various locations of interest were provided. Apartment complex clean and quiet. Location very good, a short walk to town and an even shorter walk to train and bus terminals.
After 3 months of travelling Europe and UK it was a delight to stay here; this unit far exceeded any private residences we had previously stayed at, on our trip.
Nothing to dislike with this unit.

Very up to date and clean
The noise from the road - this really spoiled it for us - very busy road all day every day - such a shame because everything else was fantastic
