Everything about this property is awesome. Good location, clean and spacious rooms. Well maintained bathroom. Room from the view was spectacular. We loved it and enjoyed the western breakfast too.
They have yummy homemade Strawberry Jam dont forget to buy that, it was yummy.
There is nothing. We liked everything about this property.

Staff is very attentive, breakfast was good, room was spacious and well maintained.
Occasionally the fair grounds opposite this property obviously have groups practising their programs, we didn’t like the drumming practice much which lasted for 3 hours. No escape for us as the weather wasn’t kind enough to venture outside. The driveway was a little difficult to negotiate in the challenging conditions.

A good size room with big comfortable beds and a lovely sitting area
Bathroom floor wet with the rain

Could be a bit of a walk to the town, but you can be there in 10 mins
