Close to shops, station and room was very clean. Staff friendly

Excellent location, staff were friendly and helpful and room was fantastic value for money. Shower was powerful and the room had a bath.
Room was slightly cramped, probably better with a double bed but twin beds left little room to move.

It was very central to Shinjuku. Easy to access the city. Rooms were clean. Staff were kind and helpful.
The main concern was the washing machines - they didn’t work well at all, had to go through multiple drying cycles and still not dry - not ideal when you’re on a time crunch.
Small rooms, which I know is expected in Japan. Very limited breakfast, we went once and didn’t return. Not worth the wake up or money.
