Don't bother great idea but the owner does not care, make sure you fight to get your deposit

Such a great idea and layout but problems from start to finish great cinema room and clean bedrooms and sauna. I tried to resolve issues before writing this but I've been ignored. Beware they've changed the name of this property and they are on air BnB and they have another property which looks newly listed. It's in a dodgy residential area

The codes get changed by the cleaner and not management so it took hours and thankfully there was someone to communicate with via text and eventually a call but wasn't expecting to do all of that so didn't get to really enjoy It. It smelt disgusting when you entered like mouldy garlic. The hot tub did t work with no prior notification or wouldn't have booked it, was told it was on the booking page it wasn't and I paid extra. Was told I would get £10 refund that has not materialised. Dirty shower curtains, took weeks to get deposit back and used a card payment system for deposit and extras refused to give me transfer details charged nearly £16 in fees which they've passed to the customer and not the method I should have paid by. The sauna code was changed so the one I was given was wrong. If you pay a n extra fee at least get someone to make sure everything works. The outdoor sofa is not white its stained and there are cobwebs everywhere. The bath didn't drain properly, no shower gel and you can only use one towel. The grey carpet is filthy too. The cinema room was not set up for the so took a while to fix that along with everything else. Cobwebs on the outdoor seating that hasn't new in aware it's outside but it could have been cleaned, the privacy blinds are dirty too. Someone needs to take care of it properly. Waiting for a partial refund. Such a shame should have read the bad reviews properly but usually take it with a pinch of salt, beware they like to ignore you once they have your money.

they stole the £300 damage deposit

it was alright, far from luxurious as the pictures show

i caught pink eye from the sauna. there was a weird stain in the sauna, random little things were broken for example the door handle, light switch didnt work etc … the other reviews are correct, they change their number after your stay so cant get in contact for a refund of your expensive damage deposit. no replys to emails after. basically if you stay here, dont expect your £300 deposit back.

SCAMMERS DO NOT STAY, THEY WILL DO ANYTHING TO TAKE AS MUCH MONEY FROM YOU AS POSSIBLE

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE, HORRIBLE STAFF. I paid the room (£170) by card and I wanted to pay £350 (security deposit and amenity fee) in cash, but they didn’t accept cash so I had to do a bank transfer to Martin Mantras (the property owner). When I completed the payment, they claim to have never gotten the money even though it went through in my bank and it’s not even a pending transaction. Since it was clear this was going to take a while I asked that since they’ve seen I’m willing to pay and it’s cold outside to let us in and finish the payment there. Since I have worked in a hotel I know that paying a security deposit isn’t even absolutely necessary since I’ve already paid for the room and they have my card on file and can force money out of it if anything happens. But they said no as it’s against their policy. So we’re on hold on the phone to the bank to confirm the payment went through, finally and the bank says it takes up to 2 hours for transactions to go through. So we waited. And when 2 hours were up, they still haven’t received the money. By now 4 hours have passed waiting outside the property in the cold. They give us an option to be relocated to another property for another £300 for the security deposit, but I refused as they cannot be trusted now. Now it’s been 5 hours waiting until they stopped answering our calls and replying to our messages, so we decided to go home, our whole day ruined on our anniversary. The next day I’m on the phone with the bank again (I couldn’t call them back yesterday as they closed) and they said the payment has in fact gone through and Martin Mantras has received and accepted it and even even gave me a bank transfer reference transaction. Then they had the AUDACITY to mark us as NO-SHOW AND CHARGE AN EXTRA £135!!!!!!! Now he’s ignoring all my messages and calls, and booking.com refuses to refund me on their behalf until 5 days to start the refund process.

Please do not book here

The accommodation was absolutely horrendous. The rooms were disgustingly filthy, with stained carpets, dusty furniture, and a bathroom that was completely covered in mold and dampness. The towels were completely unusable and reeked as if they had never been washed. On top of that, the house looked completely neglected from the outside, like a deserted, abandoned property. The cinema room smelled strongly of weed and was incredibly dirty. To top it all off, I paid a £300 deposit in advance, which I never got back. Owner is ignoring me. In short, do not under any circumstances book here.

My partner and I had an awesome night at this place! The sauna and hot tub were incredible – totally worth the extra cost. The area felt really safe, and everything was super clean. The host even gave us a free late check-out when we got back late from our appointment. We had a great time! 😊

Check out could be at 1pm like most Airbnb places!

Epic place and a great genuine guy! Sauna was better than a professional place and place was clean and perfect for our stay. I highly reccomend this if you staying in area, better than a hotel! We wished we stayed for one more day to make use of everything that was provided so will deffo come back again! 10/10
