The staff was very helpful. Provided map for the area, no issues with checking in, valet is in front of the building, they assisted us with bags and where check in desk is. Housekeeping checked with us to see if we needed anything, until I received a do not disturb card. Very good breakfast, staff friendly and cleaned areas when guests left so others could use tables. Very nice hotel. They did a great job. Very professional!

Great city views - excellent continental breakfast. Room was excellent - clean and fresh. Will consider it again for our next San Antonio trip.

We had a wonderful stay at Element River Walk! The hotel was very spacious, clean, and well maintained. One of the highlights was the complimentary breakfast each morning—the food was fresh, delicious, and had a great variety.
The staff was fantastic throughout our stay, but I especially want to recognize the breakfast team. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and worked hard to make sure everything was stocked and guests were taken care of.
The location was a 10/10! It was convenient to everything we wanted to do and made exploring the River Walk so easy.
Overall, I highly recommend staying here and would absolutely book this hotel again on a future trip.

The location was perfect! Not directly on the Riverwalk, but very central and walking distance to everything. The breakfast was top notch!! We had an outlet that didn’t work and no conditioner in the bathroom, but each time we brought it to their attention, they fixed it right away. Very clean and nicely decorated.
