Located near many popular destinations throughout the Quad Cities; just 3.5 Miles from TBK Sports Complex, 5 miles from downtown Leclaire, and 9 Miles from Downtown Davenport. Equipped with a large game room, bar, arcade games, darts, foosball, and much more! Round up the family for a vacation or staycation they will not forget! This property was designed for families and friends to enjoy each other's company. Also ask us about getting dock access! Additionally, Four-legged friends are welcome as long as they can respect the space (Standard Pet-Fee applies). Great communication! Everyone had a great time. The deck and couch on it were pretty beat up but we didn't use it that much. Wished the dock was open too. All in all a good time and great location!

The house was perfect for our trip. The owners were incredibly responsive and thoughtful. Beautiful views of the Mississippi River.

The house itself was very nice but the outside needs some TLC. The listing shows 2 bathrooms but in truth there is one full bath and a toilet with utility sink in the basement/game room area. The views were beautiful but sitting outside was not of interest
