A small, simple, and functional apartment of about 50 square meters on the first floor, located just a short walk from the historic center of Chiusi. It features one bedroom, a bathroom, and a kitchen with a double sofa bed. Spacious furnished garden (shared with our first-floor apartment). Excellent location for visiting the surrounding areas as well.
Chiusi, a beautiful Etruscan town on the border between Tuscany and Umbria, is ideally situated for exploring the main sites of cultural, natural, and food-and-wine interest: Orvietto, Pienza, Montepulciano, Città della Pieve, Chianciano Terme, Bagni di San Filippo, and Bagni Vignone, Siena, and Monte Amiata. Close to Lake Chiusi (about 2 km), Lake Trasimeno, and not far from Lake Bolsena. There are interesting routes for bicycles and mountain bikes, as well as numerous hiking trails.
The house is situated in a quiet location about a ten-minute walk from the historic center (where you can visit the National Etruscan Museum and the Chiusi necropolis). It is about 2 km from the Chiusi-Chianciano Terme train station and about 2 km from the highway exit. There is a bus station nearby, as well as small shops at the entrance to the town.
