This lovely cottage on wild life designated land will bring peace and calm to your stay. Sit on the back porch and watch the birds come to the bird feeder.
Night time brings the stars that can’t be seen in the city. Bring your telescope if you like.
Bring your boat, there are two nearby boat ramps for Lake Ray Roberts.
Want a beach day? For $7 you can enter the state park 2 miles down the road and enjoy a sandy beach. During Covid the State Park is requiring a day ahead reservation to enter the park.
Fifteen minutes away is quaint Valley View square with Restaurants, wine tasting, shopping, and whiskey distillery.
Or, head north on I35 for 30 minutes into Oklahoma and visit the Winstar casino.

We had a wonderful time in Valley View! We stayed because we attended a wedding around the corner - which was super convenient. The home was perfect - great bedroom and closet sizes, well appointed, open, comfortable, clean and bright. And the separate garage apartment was perfect for our daughter, her husband and baby. It too was clean and comfortable and other than not having a closet, was spacious and allowed them some privacy. It is a very peaceful property and we enjoyed walking the trails and discovering nature. Wish our stay had been longer. Heather is a wonderful and thoughtful hostess. We highly recommend this property.

We definitely enjoyed our stay! We were in town for a wedding and this was very close to the wedding venue. Made it very convenient. This property was relaxing and peaceful! I would recommend it and definitely go back again
