Ideal for business or leisure travelers, our charming studio is located on Rue de Bitche, near the Cité des Congrès, the South Train Station, and downtown. Renovated in late 2022, it’s very bright, and its balcony overlooks a quiet garden. Comfortable and cozy, close to tourist attractions yet away from the hustle and bustle, you’ll enjoy your trip to Nantes in both winter and summer—or use it as a base to explore the region. Fully equipped and furnished to make you feel right at home, you’ll love recharging here.

Cité des Congrès (1 min).
Busway No. 4 nearby.
The studio apartment with hardwood floors is located in a beautiful building with an elevator. It consists of an entryway with a large closet (walk-in closet + shelves), a main room, a bathroom, and a balcony with unobstructed views.
The main room features a fully equipped kitchenette (glass-ceramic stovetop, range hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven), a work area, and a space for reading or watching TV (Orange cable subscription).
The new bedding includes a mattress designed for sensitive backs.
The bathroom features a shower, a sink on a cabinet with drawers, a towel warmer, and a toilet.
The balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy a quiet drink, read your favorite novel… or simply listen to the sound of the nearby Erdre and Loire rivers.

A great location - 10mins walk to train station and city centre. The apartment was very clean, quiet and has everything you need!

Cannot recommend this apartment and host highly enough.
The apartment was amazing. It was spotless and had everything you could possibly need or want. The location was fantastic. It was quiet and tranquil but still less than a 10 minute walk from the hub of bars and restaurants. It also felt very safe.
The host was charm himself. Nothing was a problem, not even turning up at 7.15 am on day of departure to say good bye. We would stay there again without any doubt.
