About this apartment rental
Our vacation rental "Abendlicht" gets its name from its south-west orientation, which is particularly well-lit by the afternoon and evening sunlight.
It features a sleeping area, a bathroom with natural light, a rain showerhead, a toilet, and a heated towel rack; a fully equipped kitchenette; a dining area for up to 4 people; a sofa; a TV; hardwood floors; and a small terrace with patio furniture.
The vacation rental is located in a small Swabian village, set in an idyllic spot on the outskirts of town, with a magnificent view of meadows, fields, and forests.
In just a short time, you can walk along field paths or hiking trails right into the heart of nature, discover lakes, or explore various cycling routes by bike or mountain bike. But even at night, when the weather permits, the surroundings captivate with their wonderful night skies.
In the nearest town (about 3 minutes by car), you’ll find a bakery, an ice cream shop, a gas station, a newsstand, pubs, and a café.
Grocery stores and drugstores are just a 5–7-minute drive away.
The historic Staufer town of SCHWÄBISCH GMÜND is easily accessible by car (15 min.) or public transportation (45 min.) and, with a wide variety of events, cultural offerings, sights, and culinary specialties throughout the year, invites visitors to do more than just stroll around.
There is also a train station there with well-developed rail service all the way to Aalen or Stuttgart.
